Justin Allen

Co-Founder

After many years dedicated to the sport of hockey, I’ve decided to establish an elite summer program to change the same patterns I’ve observed during the offseason.

Players are either overworked with nonstop training or completely away from the game for months at a time. Somewhere in between, the purpose of summer hockey started to get lost. What many players actually need isn’t more systems, more drills, or more pressure; it is the opportunity to play real hockey in a healthy, balanced way.

This program was built to give players meaningful game experience during the summer without burnout. We focus strictly on tournament play because games create situations you can’t replicate in practice: pace, decision-making, pressure, and competition. Staying familiar with those moments helps players maintain confidence and comfort when the next season arrives.

We don’t promise development or overnight improvement. What we do promise is honest competition, quality ice time, and an environment where players can stay sharp while still enjoying the game. Summer hockey should support a player’s long-term growth — not replace their development plan or overload their schedule.

At its core, this program exists for players who love to compete and for families who value balance. It’s about keeping the edge, respecting the offseason, and letting hockey stay fun while still serving a purpose.
