ECE Skills Lab is a structured hockey development program designed to help players build confidence, improve skill execution, and elevate game performance through high-repetition, detail-focused training sessions.
Our sessions emphasize skating, edge-work, puck control, shooting, hockey IQ, and compete level in a positive, high-energy environment.
Justin allen
Instructor
Justin Allen brings high-level playing experience, leadership, and a passion for player development to ECE Skills Lab. A former professional hockey player and 2x NCAA All-American at Utica University, Justin currently serves as Head Coach of Notre Dame Hockey Academy, where he continues to develop players through detail-focused instruction, skill progression, and a competitive training environment. His experience at the collegiate and professional levels helps players build confidence, sharpen fundamentals, and elevate their game both on and off the ice.
Philosophy: Skill development comes from the quantity of practice multiplied by the quality of that practice time. Learning a skill comes from building a strong foundation and perfecting each step along the way to the “final product”.
